I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The park is well maintained, quiet, and everyone is very friendly.

I’ve been to many a parks. I had very high expectations and the staff exceeded them unbelievably.

Very quiet. The people have been very friendly. Close to Wal-Mart, restaurants and 15-20 min ride from Disney World. Great place to be.

People are very friendly, the clubhouse is very nice. The rates are great and the area has all you need for shopping.

Lived here for about a year and a half. Quiet park with friendly neighbors. We loved the pool and that it’s heated all winter. Within walking distance of the beach, dining, and shopping.

Best place to live and enjoy life. Everyone is awesome and helpful. The staff is amazing. Very nice walking paths and bicycle paths.

Windward Knoll is a fantastic 55+ community tucked away down the street from Lake Thonotosassa. The management and owners are excellent.
